SCRA provides: 6% interest cap on pre-service debts, lease termination rights (PCS or 90+ day deployment), eviction protection below $4,413/month rent, default judgment protection, tax deferrals outside home state, and life insurance protection from termination for nonpayment.

Many don't know: SCRA also caps mortgage interest at 6% on pre-service mortgages and provides relief from certain civil court proceedings during active duty.
